Course Duration and Structure
The course content spans over 21 days. Ideally it's meant to be done within one month, from Monday to Friday, with breaks over the weekends.
The total length of the videos differs each day, spanning from 10 minutes to an hour. The information is divided into bite sized chunks so you can reflect upon it and steadily incorporate it into your daily life.
Upon purchase, you'll get access to the course for a period of 90 days so you can take it slow if you like.
The meditation recordings will be downloadable so you can listen to them for as long as you like, as many times as you like on your own device, even after access to the course has ended.

Meet your Instructor
Susmitha Veganosaurus is a vegan chef, podcaster, meditation guide, artist, holistic business coach, and multi-passionate entrepreneur.
Having growing up on a vegetarian diet, her vegan journey began in 2003 when she became aware of the cruel practices in the dairy industry. After that, there was no looking back! She started out as an ethical vegan and later learned about the health, environment and spiritual benefits of the lifestyle.
Susmitha has been exploring spirituality and energy work since she was a teenager. Her passion for veganism and connection to spirituality are the biggest influences in every aspect of her life. She often brings the two together into her classes, speaking engagements, cooking, mentoring and activism.
